I hereby agree to this release and waiver in favor of Korbijn Events L.L.C. (License No. 875306), within Dubai – United Arab Emirates.

I understand that drivers/owners of vehicles taking part in any Korbijn Event organized event are solely responsible for the following:

• The vehicle and any passengers it may carry. No children under the age of 8 are permitted on any Korbijn Events event. Any children over the age of 10 are the full responsibility of their legal guardian.
• Ensuring the vehicle is registered in line with the Laws of the United Arab Emirates, properly maintained and fit for purpose. (Except in the case of a rental vehicle).
• Relevant insurance for the vehicle (except in the case of a rental), driver and its passengers.
• Any speeding fines or other violations.
• Vehicles I rent/own for any Korbijn Events event are fully under my responsibility and I am liable for any violations, fines and damage.
• I give permission that during certain events I may be requested to have promotional stickers placed on my vehicle.

I understand it is my responsibility to inform Korbijn Events if there is any material on the exterior of my vehicle that may be damaged by the application of stickers. It is my responsibility to have the vehicle delivered to the applicable garage for the removal of stickers immediately after any event. I understand that failure to do so could result in fines from local authorities.

I understand that taking part in any Korbijn Events organized events does not exempt me from traffic or any other laws of the United Arab Emirates or other countries the events may take place in.

I confirm that I am physically fit, do not have any health conditions, taking medication or substances or have any injuries which would compromise my ability to partake in any events by Korbijn Events.

I understand that the activities involved in a Korbijn Events organized event may carry some risk and I assume all risk of injury or harm or damage to vehicles I own or drive / third-party property. Drivers and owners of vehicles accept the nature of the activity is inherently dangerous and they knowingly accept the risk. I also understand that any activities such as, but not limited to, watersports, go karting, desert buggies and zip lines are done at my own risk and Korbijn Events are not liable for these activities in any way including the equipment, venue or staff of the activity provider.

I agree that any photographs taken of me or vehicles I own/drive on a Korbijn Events organized event may be used in social media or other promotional materials.

I hereby waive, release and discharge Korbijn Events, its subsidiaries and partners from all liability, claims and demands or causes of action that I may hereafter have for any injuries, damages to vehicles or property, and financial damages that may arise from participation in any Korbijn Events organized event. I hereby agree that I will not sue or make claims against Korbijn Events, its subsidiaries, partners, employees or owners. This list is non-exhaustive and includes all associated risks.

I confirm I have legal and mental capacity to sign this waiver.
